Toni is best known as a singer. She first gained national exposure when she started performing with her sisters in a family music group called The Braxtons in the 1980s. She then went onto a solo singing career and signed with LaFace Records. Her debut self-titled solo album was released in 1993 and reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart, making a big mark in the music industry.

Toni went on to release several more albums on her own and had a number of hit songs, including ‘Unbreak My Heart’, ‘You’re Makin’ Me High/Let It Flow’, and ‘Breathe Again.’ She was one of the most popular female singers in the United States throughout the 1990s.

In addition to her music, she has been a part of television in series such as ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and her family reality series ‘Braxton Family Values’.
