Daisy Ridley At ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ Film Premiere — An end to a saga! Following eight movies and three trilogies, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker marks the ninth and final film of the Skywalker saga. The milestone movie had its world premiere at Los Angeles’ TLC Chinese Theatre on Dec. 16, 2019, just four days before the film’s premiere. Daisy Ridley (pictured here), who plays the final trilogy’s protagonist Rey, led the way in a red satin gown that was the definition of elegance. Of course, her co-stars Mark Hamill, John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Naomi Ackie, Kelly Marie Tran and Anthony Daniels were all there!

This was THE premiere to attend. Joining the lead stars at the event were A-listers like Steven Spielberg, Spike Lee, Zooey Deschanel, Amy Adams, Elizabeth Banks, Seth Green and Gaten Matarazzo. Star Wars’ final trilogy began with Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015, followed by Star Wars: The Last Jedi in 2017, and concluded with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in 2019.
