The starting quarterback was drafted as the first overall pick by the Panthers in the 2011 NFL Draft. At the time, he signed a four-year contract, worth over $22 million. He went on to become the first NFL quarterback to throw for 400 yards in his first game, shattering Peyton Manning’s first-game record by 120 yards. The athlete shares three kids with his partner, Tia Proctor, who he has been dating since 2013. The happy couple welcomed their third child, Camidas Swain, in summer of 2018. The pair also share daughter, Sovereign-Dior Cambella, and son, Chosen Sebastian Newton. In May of 2019, they announced they were expecting their fourth child together.
